25,000 Living Well
Till the 6 December Synergy Gallery will host this photography project, showing for the International Day of People with Disabilities. Currently 25,000 people in the City of Darebin live well with their disabilities (thats one fifth of the population). This project created by the local council provided the opportunities for people to photograph their own lives, with support and mentoring, towards a collection of positive, empowering, authentic images of people with disabilities and their lives.
